Cajun's Cut Cocktail
- 1 oz Red Pepper Coriander Syrup*
- 1 oz Vermouth
- 1 1/2 oz Cajun Cut Bourbon
- Speared Orange Peel & Dark Cherry for Garnish


*Red Pepper & Corriander Syrup
- 4 cups water
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 g corriander
- 1/4 g red pepper flakes
Bring to simmer and shut heat off. Let Cool and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Strain and server for up to 2 weeks.

- 2 oz Cajun's Cut Cask Strength
- 1/2 oz honey or simple syrup
- 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz smoked maple syrup (or regular maple syrup for a similar taste)
- 1/4 oz Allspice Dram liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Apple slices and cinnamon stick for garnish

Cajun’s Cut is an exquisite bourbon whiskey that is aged in new, American white oak barrels for at least two years. Our bourbon is defined as a straight bourbon whiskey.

Louisiana’s first bourbon made with four-grains and crafted with utmost precision and pride using
locally sourced grains from the heart of the region. Blending a harmonious quartet of corn, rye,
barley, and wheat, each grain is carefully selected from nearby farms, capturing the essence of the
land in every sip. This unique fusion of regionally cultivated grains results in a bourbon that embodies
the true spirit and flavors of our local terroir, providing a remarkable and distinct tasting experience for discerning bourbon enthusiasts.

The background of Cajun’s Cut label pays homage to the distillery’s roots in the state of Louisiana. There is a certain loss of spirits that all barrel-aged bourbons experience, due to evaporation. This is known as the “Angel’s Share”. The remaining liquid that is left for us in our bourbon barrels is known as the “Cajun’s Cut”.
